while everything from my order smells amazing the consistency is off. the website advertises for white opaque bottles with dropper tops. i received 2 different bottles with 3 different labels. would have been nice to communicate with the customer that packaging varies

You’re absolutely right that our website currently shows the white opaque bottles with dropper tops, and we should have communicated more clearly that packaging may vary as we transition.
We’re in the process of updating our branding, and all products will soon be housed in our new, uniform all-white bottles. In the meantime, while the packaging may look different, please know the formulas inside remain the same high-quality products you ordered.
