Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account.

Shipping times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

We begin processing orders as soon as they’re placed, which means we’re often unable to make changes after the order is confirmed.

That said, if you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at info@shopbeneath.com. We’ll do our best to help!

Please note: Final sale items, and all hygiene items are non-returnable.

Please send an email to info@shopbeneath.com with an image attached you will either be issued a store credit or a replacement package.
